Cancellation Policy
Before Shipment:
You can cancel your order at any time before it is shipped. To initiate a cancellation, please contact our customer support team at care@prolivelife.in with your order details.
After Shipment:
Orders cannot be cancelled once they are shipped. However, you may return the item upon receipt for a refund or exchange, provided it meets the conditions outlined in our Return Policy.
Return Policy
We strive to deliver only the best products to our customers. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase or receive a damaged/incorrect item, our Return Policy ensures a hassle-free process.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Unused and Unopened Products:
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition with all seals, packaging, and labels intact.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items:
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify our customer support within 48 hours of receiving the order. We will guide you through the return process and arrange for a refund or replacement.
Return Process:
- Contact Customer Support:
- Email us atcare@prolivelife.in within 48 hours of receiving your order to initiate a return. Provide your order details and a brief explanation of the issue.
- Return Authorization:
- Our support team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on packing and shipping the product.
- Inspection and Refund/Replacement:
- Once we receive the returned product, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
- If approved, refunds or replacements will be processed within 10 business days.
Refunds:
Prepaid Orders:
- Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned product.
- In case of order cancellation, a shipping fee of ₹99 will be deducted from the order value before refunding.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
- Refunds for COD orders will be processed via bank transfer or UPI within 10 business days of receiving the returned product.
- Please provide your bank account details or UPI ID when initiating the return.
- A shipping fee of ₹99 will be deducted from the refund for cancelled orders.
Important Notes:
- Used or Damaged Products:
Products that have been used, damaged, or are missing parts will not qualify for a refund or return.
- Health and Safety Guidelines:
To maintain the health and safety of our customers, we cannot accept returns of opened or used health supplements or nutraceuticals, as this poses a contamination risk.
