Shipping Overview
- All items in stock are shipped promptly. In case a product is out of stock, the customer will be notified, and the product will be shipped once restocked. For prepaid orders that cannot be delivered, a full refund will be issued.
- We work closely with trusted logistics partners to provide pan-India coverage and seamless delivery services while keeping customers informed throughout the shipping process.
Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24 to 72 working hours depending on the serviceability of the pin code.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, dispatch occurs only after order confirmation via email, WhatsApp, or phone call.
- We maintain constant communication throughout the order process via phone, email, and WhatsApp to keep customers updated.
Delivery Timelines
- A-1 & A-2 Metro Cities (New Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Bengaluru, Chennai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad): Delivery within 2-3 business days post-shipment.
- Other Cities: Delivery within 4-5 business days.
- Ground Shipped Orders: Delivery within 5-7 business days post-dispatch.
- North-East, Rural, Restricted Zones, or Disputed Pin Codes: Delivery may take 7-10 business days or longer due to geographic constraints.
Note: Delivery timelines may vary due to natural calamities, state restrictions, national emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Legal Compliance
- Customers are advised to be familiar with the sales rules, regulations, and restrictions applicable in their state.
- PLL ProLiveLife Wellness Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for shipment delays caused by violations of local laws, state restrictions, emergencies, or natural disasters.
Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes
- Incorrect Information: If the delivery address, pin code, or phone number provided during checkout is incorrect, customers must contact our customer support team within 24 hours to rectify the issue. Address changes cannot be made once the order is dispatched.
- Failed Deliveries Due to Incorrect Information: In cases where shipments are rejected, lost, or destroyed due to incorrect information, refunds or credits will not be issued.
- P.O. Boxes: PLL ProLiveLife Wellness Pvt. Ltd. does not ship to P.O. boxes unless prior notice is given within 24 hours of order placement.
- Delivery Confirmation: If the tracking status shows the order as "Delivered" (via OTP-SMS confirmation), but the customer has not received it, the concern must be raised within 48 hours. Beyond this time frame, the order will be marked as successfully delivered.
Tracking Your Order
- Once an order is shipped, customers will receive a confirmation email and WhatsApp message with the tracking details. These details can be used to monitor the shipment directly on the logistics partner's website.
